Find thirty

The 'Find thirty. It's not a big exercise®' campaign encourages people to be sufficiently active for good health. The campaign aims to:

  • increase awareness of the type and frequency of physical activity necessary for good health (thirty minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity on most, preferably all days of the week).
  • demonstrate how moderate-intensity physical activity can be incorporated into the daily lives of people who are inactive or insufficiently active.
  • encourage health professionals to provide accurate and consistent messages to promote moderate-intensity physical activity.

Just 30 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity on most days of the week is all that is needed. And the great news is you don't need to do the 30 minutes all in one go. Three lots of 10 minutes is just as beneficial, and might be easier to fit into your day.
